Trees for Cities and partners planted 69,842 trees during this multi-year programme, across 79 locations in seven coastal areas, with 10% canopy cover or less.

Racecourse Estate
Racecourse Estate is a large social housing estate in Northolt, and was the location for a pilot multi-year estate greening project between 2019-2023.

Glasgow City Region
In partnership with the Clyde Climate Forest, we planted 3,365 trees in target neighbourhoods most vulnerable to the effects of climate change.

Tower Hamlets
We continued greening Tower Hamlets at Victoria Park, Weavers Fields and Bethnal Green Gardens, to transform many of the borough’s concrete landscapes into greener, healthier areas to live.

Raynham Primary School
Built in collaboration with the pupils' ideas, the Healthy Playground features a growing area and orchard where children plant herbs and fruit plants for their canteen.

Abbey Mead Primary Academy
The Sustainable Drainage System at the school reduces surface water flooding, enhances outdoor learning, and improves pupil and staff health and wellbeing.

Town farm primary school
This Planting Healthy Air project has enabled environmental education, ranging from air pollution monitoring exercises to creative storytelling about the sensory garden.

Cardiff Schools Programme
Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Pen-y-Groes and Windsor Clive Primary Schools in Cardiff now have Healthy Playgrounds that are integrated into the school curriculum.

School Forest Garden Kenya
In partnership with Trees for Cities, COSDEP planted 844 trees across three primary schools in Kiambu-Kenya, and promoted organic gardening.

The Queen's Green Canopy
Leaving a lasting legacy for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, we planted thousands of trees across England, in Brighton, Portsmouth, Blackpool, Stockton and Ipswich.

Tree Cities Of The World
Leading the initiative to recruit and support cities in the UK, we helped 21 cities and towns gain Tree Cities of the World status for their excellent care and planning of urban trees and forests.

Trees for Streets is the national community-led street tree sponsorship scheme, which raised funding for 1,975 large street trees last season.
